eResearch NZ 2023:
The eResearch NZ 2023 hybrid conference that will be held from Wednesday 15th February to Friday 17th February, 2023 at the University of Waikato in Hamilton, New Zealand.
PROGRAMME AND DELIVERY UPDATE DUE TO WEATHER
The eResearch NZ 2023 Organising Committee has made adjustments to the hybrid conference programme to take the effects of Cyclone Gabrielle into account. Currently the plan is to proceed with the conference at the University of Waikato in-person, but with a later start on Wednesday to allow attendees extra time to travel to Hamilton.
Safety is paramount – please take civil defence advice into account before you decide to travel, and take care. Thank you for your understanding and look forward to seeing you either in person or online.
Email eresearchnzconference@auckland.ac.nz if you have any questions or concerns.
eResearch NZ 2023 will take place online and in-person on 15-17 February, and will be co-hosted by Genomics Aotearoa, Research and Education Network New Zealand (REANNZ) and the New Zealand eScience Infrastructure (NeSI). The in-person component of our event will take place at the University of Waikato, and will be delivered in partnership with Te Whare Wānanga o Waikato.
2023 Theme
This year our theme is Capability, Connectivity and Equity, and once again we will be showcasing work from across the whole spectrum of eResearch, with a strong focus on research and capability-building initiatives that involve partnerships with tangata whenua.
